I have done it all.
I have believed that working out harder, eating healthier, working more, staying busy was going to be the thing to a happy and successful life just to realise that this was making me more miserable than ever.
As a I worked as a fitness coach, I started realising that women especially had a hard time keeping up and achieving their health goals.

The healed woman strives for more but also doesn’t feel lack in her current life.
The healed woman knows her past doesn’t define her and being ready to let go.
The healed woman is her authentic self while setting boundaries for those who don’t support her.
The healed woman believes in herself and her abilities while also putting in the work to succeed.
The healed woman feels healthy and happy inside and out.
The healed woman knows that hard work doesn’t define her, and she is enough even if she rests all day.
The healed woman recognises her flaws but understanding they don’t make her broken.
