I’ve learned so much from Jess. I’ve learned about my menstrual cycle, the phases and how to work with my fluctuating hormones. I’ve learned to listen and work with my body, not feeling guilty when I eat what I crave, and not feeling guilty for skipping a workout.  I’ve learned to not look at food as two extremes as “bad” or “good.” Ultimately food is energy and I no longer attach stigmas to what I eat. I’ve also learned a bunch of new vegan recipes which are so delicious!

Jess provided a daily structure that helped me nurture myself through nutrition, exercise, and mind work. Slowly and steadily I shed 20lbs and fit into my clothes again. The group calls were highlights of my week, I needed the collective woman power to share truths and lift one another up.
